New mothers take their littles to well-baby visits, throughout the first year of life, so that their growth, development and health can be regularly checked by a loving provider. What if mothers had the same care provided to them? What if mothers had someone to regularly check in on them, as they grow and develop in their first year of motherhood? What if they had a space that was completely about them and their personal health? How beautifully would this impact their marriage or relationships? How deeply would this impact their energy and recovery? How powerfully would this impact their connection with their little one?

FROM FOOD RELATIONSHIP COACHING

One 50-minute session, per week. Recommended commitment for deepest impact and habit changes 3 months.

I spent much of my twenties consumed by self-degrading thoughts. These decreased my ability to consume anything good - especially good food. I was exhausted, burnt-out, starving, discouraged, angry and overwhelmed. I wanted to love myself, but I had buried myself for so many years under abusive words once dealt from others that then I adopted as my own. My journey to self-love, freedom and rediscovering the joys of food and eating was a long one, but I look back with gratitude for all that I learned. Out of the overflow of this gratitude, I offer this coaching segment.

Each week, we will dive into a tasty new meal while we also dive into the not so tasty lies that currently navigate your choices and self-image. I don’t believe that four or eight weeks is the cure or the key. I do believe that honest conversation, meaningful connection and supportive, loving relationships are cornerstones for healing. So, I design our time to help you establish these in your own life, in order for you to continue towards your new path of self-care, self-respect and the joys of food!
