As a holistic wellness coach, I create space for you to passionately express in your identity and to take charge of your life. In our time together, we will examine anything that feels out of control and make a plan for peace and success. My hope is that through our time together, you grow in the confidence of your calling, chase after your dreams and embrace all of your beautifully messy, wholly unique self. Coaching is a great honor. Sitting with people in each of their seasons, in their shadows and their broad meadows of light is my joy.
15 Years of Joyful Coaching
My coaching is built on four tenants: Adventure, Play, Rest and Connection. In my own life, I have found the unique combination of these to be the key to living fully in my identity. Pursuing each of these regularly has given me a more well-rounded sense of self and the confidence to know when it’s time to grow and time to let go.
In my years of coaching, I have seen these four tenants prove as successful conduits for reawakening and reclaiming identity, relationships, dreams, goals and passions. These also are powerful avenues for healing in trauma and discovering the roots of addiction or shame.
